Our policy team works on everything from researching policies to strategizing implementation plans. Prior policy team projects include work against police brutality in Nigeria and child labor in Bangladesh.
About The Position
We are looking for individuals who have a desire to work in the field of policy analysis, research, outreach, and implementation. Experience in political sciences, international relations, and other relevant fields is recommended but not necessarily required. You will be tasked with role(s) correlating to the policy field that sparks your interest based on our communications with you about your personal skill levels, interests, and abilities. We will be filling positions as we find talented and qualified individuals that can contribute to our organization while simultaneously giving back to society in a helpful manner.
Preferable Requirements:
***High quality communication skills and abilities, as well as driven nature
***Time outside of your professional/academic that can be allocated for your work at Dweebs
***Highly preferable to be able to commit to a year of volunteering.

*Note: right now, our entire organization is fully volunteer. We have no paid employees, including our staff who donate 60-80 hours a week for free.
